Stock Orders and Free Shipping

We strive to ship stock orders the same or next business day. If your order is placed after 1 p.m. Eastern Time, it will ship the following business day. Enjoy free shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $1,000 per destination. For orders under $1,000, we offer competitive shipping rates. Additional fees apply for services such as lift gate, inside delivery, or residential delivery. We ship from the closest warehouse with available stock. If an item is out of stock at your nearest warehouse, it will be shipped from the next closest location.


Additional Fees

Shipping rates do not include extra charges for services like inside delivery, lift gate, residential deliveries, expedited service, or other specialized services. These additional fees will be added to your invoice and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Heat-Treated Pallets

If your delivery requires heat-treated pallets, a charge of $35 per pallet will apply.


Customer Pick-Up

In-stock items can be picked up from our distribution centers. Orders are available for pick-up at least 4 hours after confirmation via email from Packaging Friends (PF). We will notify you when your order is ready. Orders placed after 2 p.m. local warehouse time will be available the next business day. If a pick-up order is not collected within 10 business days, it will be canceled and returned to our inventory.


Product Samples

Samples of stock items can be requested through our website or by contacting our Customer Care team. Please note, sample availability may be limited. Delivery times for samples typically range from 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request.


Delivery Acceptance

We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt. If no issues are reported within five (5) days of delivery, the products are considered accepted.


Excusable Delays

Packaging Friends is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control. If delays exceed 60 days, both parties may agree to new terms.


Custom Products

For custom product orders, Packaging Friends may deliver up to 10-25% more or less than the ordered quantity. The buyer agrees to accept and pay for the adjusted quantity. Price adjustments may apply based on the actual quantity delivered.


Out-of-Stock Products

Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. We will keep you informed of any delays.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, we can help file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is resolved, we will replace the items or issue a credit. Our responsibility for lost or damaged items is limited to the amount settled by the carrier. Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact Customer Service at (737)304-7523 within five (5) days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged items or lot numbers to assist with the claim. Failing to notify us within five (5) days may limit our ability to provide compensation.


Changes to Shipping Address

Changes to the shipping address after an order has shipped may result in additional fees. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and returns due to this are subject to standard restocking and return fees.


Delivery Refusal

If a package is undeliverable or refused for reasons unrelated to carrier loss or damage (such as an incorrect address provided by the buyer), you are responsible for the full cost of the order. By refusing delivery, you also waive any right to chargebacks against Packaging Friends.


Residential vs. Commercial Shipping Charges

Deliveries to residential addresses may incur additional fees. Commercial addresses must meet standard delivery requirements. For residential deliveries, consider using a commercial address with a signature requirement for improved tracking.


Military/Government Site Delivery Charges

Extra freight charges apply to deliveries made to military or government locations.


Shipping Delays and Backorders

We are not liable for delays caused by weather. In the case of backorders, we will keep you informed of extended lead times. For availability updates or expedited options, contact our Customer Service team.
