1. Acceptance of Terms
The manufacturing, stocking, and/or sale of any products specified or referenced in the Buyer’s order are expressly contingent upon adherence to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, requesting manufacturing, or instructing shipment, the Buyer accepts and agrees to these Terms. The Buyer further affirms and warrants their solvency. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the Buyer, whether in an order or other communication, shall be void unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Packaging Friends (PF).
2. Products, Pricing, and Taxes
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and include PF’s standard domestic packaging for shipment. Special packaging requests may incur additional charges. Sales tax will be calculated based on the delivery location unless the Buyer provides a valid and current sales tax exemption certificate before the order is processed. PF reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice due to factors beyond its control, though PF strives to maintain consistent, competitive pricing.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes the Buyer’s offer to purchase the products. PF reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Payment is due upon order placement in accordance with the terms outlined in PF’s invoice or at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed on the checkout page. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the order or suspension of further deliveries.
4. Shipping
At Packaging Friends, we prioritize fast and efficient processing of your orders. Shipping times and costs will be clearly presented at checkout. While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters. However, we are committed to helping you resolve any issues that may arise. Please note that ownership of the products transfers to you upon delivery, and responsibility for their storage and handling becomes yours at that point.
5. Disclaimers and Indemnification
PF provides all products "as is" and disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PF shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the products.
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PF from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use, misuse, or resale of the products.
6. Order Cancellation
• Stock Products: Buyers may cancel orders for stock products before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to PF Customer Care, and acknowledgment of the request must be confirmed by PF before the order is canceled. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, and additional fees may apply.
• Custom Products: Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Once the customer receives and accepts the order confirmation, they agree to the specifications outlined in the invoice. Cancellation of custom product orders is only allowed with written approval from Packaging Friends and must occur before production begins. If the order has already been processed, we will need to contact the plant to determine if cancellation is possible. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer an option. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method, subject to any relevant fees.
7. Copyright and Trademark Notice
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as their selection and arrangement, are the exclusive property of PF. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any materials from this site without prior written consent from PF is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Violation of these terms may lead to civil or criminal penalties.
8. Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing information from our suppliers, PF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and the Buyer’s credit card charged. In such cases, PF will promptly issue a refund to the Buyer’s credit card for the full amount of the incorrect price.
